Earned, Not Given
Our story actually starts back in 2006. Our founder, Jesse Dorazio, began his HVAC career when he was just 12 years old, working alongside his father. While other kids were enjoying their summer vacations or days off from school, Jesse was in the field. It wasn't always by choice; it was a necessity to help the family business survive. He learned the value of hard work from the ground up. By the time he was 16, he was already a lead technician running his own van. By 20, he was balancing the company’s service, installations, and sales.
A Vision for Better
As Jesse mastered the trade, he developed a deep desire to bring his father’s company to its full potential. He knew that to truly be the best, a company had to evolve. He wanted to create better working conditions for the crew, raise the standard for workmanship, streamline communication, and above all else, do right by the customer at any cost.
When he realized his father wasn't open to changing the old ways, Jesse made the hardest decision of his life. He chose to step away from the only company he’d ever known to build something that wouldn't compromise on quality. With that vision, Royal Comfort was born.
